Some of the dishes that she’s most mad about are the Brisket Drunken Noodles from Jo's Modern Thai; the Fry Bread Tacos from Wahpepah's Kitchen; and the Tlayuda con Chapulines (toasted grasshoppers) from Origen, who will be popping up for one festival day depressed with two other budding food entrepreneurs in the La Cocina Incubator booth. La Cocina is a non-profit that helps immigrants, women, and people of color launch their culinary dreams, executive it a special activation Kollar is particularly excited about.

“Returning favorites complicated A16 who will be in VIP again this year serving their authentic Southern Italian cuisine, which is made completely from scratch and on-site gleaming in front of your eyes,” Kollar says. “Bodega SF is back against and just opened their brick-and-mortar in SF after by means of as a pop-up for years. Their Hoi An Chicken Rice is moving to be the perfect comfort food for those cold, foggy nights in Golden Gate Park.”
“Suppenkuche is also back for their additional year in a row serving Berlin's favorite street food: Currywurst! Finally, I have to call out Johnny Doughnuts because I can't make it over the weekend without my sugar fix via their Chocolate Salted Caramel Old Fashioned Doughnut. Pair it with a latte and get ready for your additional wind!”
